Name What Feels “Off”

The first step in recalibrating your wellness is noticing. Ask yourself:

  • What feels off right now, mood, focus, motivation, energy, relationships?

  • When did I last feel more in sync?

  • What has changed recently, even small things?


You don’t need full answers, just permission to be curious. Naming what feels off gives you clarity and power. Journaling your thoughts, speaking with a trusted friend, or saying it aloud to yourself can all help move things from fuzzy to focused.


Rebuild Micro-Wellness for Grounding

When life feels out of rhythm, the nervous system often needs simple grounding practices to help reset. Try inserting one or two of these micro-wellness activities into your day:

  • 60 seconds of deep breathing before switching tasks

  • A short “body scan” while lying in bed or walking

  • Naming 5 things you see, hear, and feel (sensory reset)

  • Spending 10 minutes outside without your phone
