A Calm, Supportive Space to Slow Down

I offer a warm, welcoming, and trauma-informed space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, exhale, and begin listening to what your mind and body have been trying to communicate.

My approach is holistic and mind-body focused. I integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, and body awareness to help you regulate your nervous system, understand emotional patterns, and respond to stress in healthier ways. I believe healing happens when your body feels safe, your voice feels heard, and you are allowed to show up as your full, imperfect self.

Are you ready to slow down? Schedule your free 15-minute consultation to begin your journey.

Working Through Anxiety, Trauma, and Relationship Patterns

I specialize in working with anxiety, PTSD, childhood trauma, relationship wounds, and chronic emotional overwhelm. Many of the clients I work with feel constantly “on edge,” disconnected from their bodies, or unsure why certain emotions or relationship patterns keep repeating, even when life looks stable on the outside.

A large part of my work focuses on helping you understand how past experiences, emotional neglect, or high-stress environments have shaped the way your nervous system responds today. You may notice people-pleasing tendencies, difficulty resting, fear of conflict, or feeling like you have to stay in control to feel safe. Together, we slow these patterns down, gently explore where they came from, and begin building new ways of responding that feel more supportive and aligned.

I often work with people who are navigating identity development, life transitions, and the pressure to succeed. Many of the people I support are entrepreneurs, emerging professionals, or helping professionals who are used to carrying a lot for others while quietly feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or emotionally depleted. I also hold space for the ways identity, race, family systems, and cultural expectations influence how we experience stress, relationships, and healing.

Are you ready to honor your story in a deeper way? Let’s begin your journey today.

Healing That Moves You Out of Survival Mode

I believe healing happens when your body feels safe, your voice feels heard, and you are allowed to show up as your full, imperfect self. Therapy is not about fixing you, it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounding, compassionate, and empowering.

In our work together, we focus on nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and practical tools to support real change. This may include learning how to feel calmer and less overwhelmed, building confidence and self-trust, improving communication and boundaries, and becoming more present and authentic in your relationships. My hope is to help you move out of survival mode and into a life that feels more balanced, connected, and emotionally free.

I work with adults ages 18 and older and offer both individual therapy and couples counseling. I provide in-person therapy in Katy, Texas, as well as virtual sessions for clients across the state.

Let’s work together to build the tools that help you move forward with confidence.
