Aside from being a wife and mom of 3, (one of which is a micropreemie warrior - shoutout to my fellow NICU navigators/moms), as mentioned above I am a National Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the greater Houston area.

While I have over a decade of experience working with a diverse population of clients from adolescents to adults who were navigating various mental health concerns, over the last several years my purpose and passion have shifted more towards assisting clients who present with the following:

I hold credentials as a certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor, which means I assist moms, moms-to-be, and fathers too, navigate through their pregnancy/postpartum journey including Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADS) as well as Traumatic Birth Experiences. I am also trained in Basic EMDR therapy and Advanced Practice of EMDR therapy for Perinatal & Infant Mental Health to help survivors of trauma process through their experiences.

Managing various roles in life and trying to navigate them all while finding a healthy work/life balance can be difficult - trust me I know firsthand. So that is why I enjoy holding a safe space for my clients to navigate through their concerns and provide them with tangible and effective coping strategies to restore balance into their lives.
